Conference Booth & Sales Associate

 

Position: Conference Booth & Sales Associate (Part-Time / Event-Based) Organization: AI Ethics Network Location: Seattle, WA (in-person during the conference) Compensation: Base pay + performance commissions

 

About the Role: We are looking for confident, quick-learning individuals to staff exhibitor booths and support sales during our upcoming AI Ethics Network Conference. You will represent companies that cannot attend in person, learn their products quickly, and engage attendees in meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Staff assigned exhibitor booths throughout the conference

  • Rapidly learn and present tech/AI-related products and services

  • Engage attendees, answer questions, and generate qualified leads

  • Support on-site sales conversations and package inquiries

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the booth

  • ​

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to learn new technical products quickly

  • Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or event staffing preferred

  • Comfortable speaking with professionals, researchers, and industry attendees

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work on your feet for extended periods

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments

  • Previous conference, trade show, or expo experience
