AI Ethics Network LLC may refuse, suspend, or cancel any membership — free or paid — at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: harassment or persistent unsolicited tagging of staff; public misrepresentation of affiliation, funding, or “gates passed”; failure to meet technical due diligence; or conduct that creates legal, reputational, or operational risk for the Network. Cancellation may include removal from directories, events, channels, and member communications. Paid dues, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law.
