Position: Job Fair & Recruitment Associate (Part-Time / Event-Based)

Organization: AI Ethics Network Location: Seattle, WA (in-person during the conference) Compensation: Base pay + performance commissions

About the Role:  We are seeking outgoing and organized individuals to support the job fair portion of our AI Ethics Network Conference. You will help companies connect with candidates, staff recruiting booths, and facilitate meaningful conversations between employers and job seekers.

​

Responsibilities

  • Staff recruiting and job fair booths

  • Quickly learn about hiring companies and open roles

  • Engage job seekers and guide them to relevant opportunities

  • Support employers with candidate flow and basic screening conversations

  • Help maintain an organized and professional job fair experience

​

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Ability to quickly understand company needs and open positions

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Comfortable talking with both employers and candidates

  • Professional, reliable, and energetic

​

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience at job fairs, career events, or recruiting drives

  • Familiarity with tech, AI, or startup hiring

​
